Green LED light therapy

Green LED light therapy uses visible light at around 520 nanometres, placing it between the blue and yellow bands of the LED spectrum. In the Déesse PRO range, green is included in the PRO device as a dedicated treatment setting, and features in several of its multi-wavelength combination modes.

The appeal of green light sits in its targeting. Shorter wavelengths such as blue stay close to the skin surface, while longer red and near-infrared wavelengths travel deeper. Green sits in between, which is why practitioners often reach for it when working on tone and the appearance of pigmentation at the surface of the skin.
