Returns Information

Refund Policy

Notification of any damage or shortages in delivered goods should be made within 24 hours of their receipt by telephone on +44 2038 686242 or email orders@harpargrace.com.

If a product appears to be faulty, this should be reported to us via email or telephone and returned to us within 7 working days of notification.

Your order should be returned using a tracked delivery service. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit.

Cancellation Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order at any time within 14 working days following receipt of your goods. If you wish to cancel your order, please return the unopened and unused goods in their original packaging to us within 5 working days of notifying us of your wish to return the order.

Your order should be returned using a tracked, signed for delivery service. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Please note, we cannot process refunds for goods that are not returned to us within the specified 5 working day period, have been opened, used, damaged or are not in their original packaging.

Late or Missing Funds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refused and Undelivered Packages

All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present/failure to claim will be refunded minus any delivery costs Harpar Grace International has incurred in sending the products out to you.

Product Warranty Policy

Under normal use, Déesse PRO devices are guaranteed for 12 months after its original purchase date against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by the following:

  • Accident, misuse, abuse or alteration 
  • Servicing by unauthorised persons 
  • Connection to incorrect power sources 
  • Use with unauthorised accessories 

The brand owners, Harpar Grace International, or its authorised distributor shall not be responsible for any incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product. All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness and merchantability are limited in duration to one year from the date of the original purchase.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from country to country. Some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you

This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, written or oral, whether expressed by affirmation, promise, description, drawing, model, or sample. Any and all warranties other than this one, whether expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.
