  • What is the Déesse PRO™ LED Phototherapy Professional Mask?

    The Déesse PRO LED Phototherapy Professional Mask is a non-invasive Light Emitting Diode (LED) treatment mask that uses the most clinically proven wavelengths of light to flood the skin in light and stimulate the skin’s natural rejuvenating and healing processes to treat a wide range of conditions.

  • What is the Déesse PRO™ Express Light Therapy Mask?

    The Déesse PRO™ Express Light Therapy Mask is a non-invasive Light Emitting Diode (LED) treatment mask that uses the most clinically proven wavelengths of light to flood the skin in light and stimulate the skin’s natural rejuvenating and healing processes to treat a wide range of conditions.

  • Who should use the Déesse PRO™ Express Light Therapy Mask?

    The Déesse PRO™ Express Light Therapy Mask uses 2 wavelengths of light to treat full face wrinkles and photoaging of the face. The mask is suitable for adults who are concerned about or show visible signs of aging such as wrinkles and pigmentation of the face

PRODUCT USAGE

  • How should I clean my mask?

    Before cleaning ensure that the Déesse PRO™ LED Phototherapy Professional Mask and controller are unplugged from the Mains outlet. Clean the transparent (face side) of the mask and the rear of the mask with a water-based wipe or damp, clean cloth. Stubborn stains can be removed by wiping gently with 70% alcohol.
  • How should I treat my skin pre- and post- LED treatment?

    The Déesse PRO™ LED Phototherapy Professional Mask has been proven in trials to greatly the condition of the skin including its hydration, texture and pigmentation. The light improves tissue oxygenation and blood flow and therefore absorption of skin care will be greatly improved. This mask is compatible with most normal skincare routines. To prep, the skin before treatment, gently cleanse the face and ensure there is no residue on the skin as this can act as a barrier to the wavelengths of light. After your skin has dried, place the Déesse PRO™ LED Phototherapy Professional Mask on your face and program your desired treatment. Once the treatment is complete, remove mask and apply desired topical serum, moisturiser and sunscreen.
  • What is the warranty for the Déesse PRO™ LED Phototherapy Professional Mask?

    Under normal use, this product is guaranteed for 12 months after its original purchase date against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. Warranty exceptions: This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover damage caused by the following:- Accident, misuse, abuse or alteration- Servicing by unauthorised persons- Connection to incorrect power sources - Use with unauthorised accessories
  • Can LED light therapy be used by all skin types?

    Yes, LED light therapy is suitable for all skin types and skin phototypes (Fitzpatrick skin types I – VI).

  • Can I use the Déesse PRO whilst pregnant?

    No. We would not recommend that you use the Déesse PRO at any stages of your pregnancy. There have been no studies of light therapy on pregnant women and so the risks are unknown.

    Yes, LED light therapy is suitable for all skin types and skin phototypes (Fitzpatrick skin types I – VI).

  • What is the recommended treatment time?

    10 minutes.

  • Can I use the Déesse PRO whilst pregnant?

    No. We would not recommend that you use the Déesse PRO Express at any stages of your pregnancy. There have been no studies of light therapy on pregnant women and so the risks are unknown.

    Déesse PRO™ LED Phototherapy Professional Mask features 770 medical-grade LEDs (light emitting diodes) - with four different wavelengths and six different settings to quickly address your skin's needs.

  • What do the six treatment modes do?

    The Déesse PRO™ LED Phototherapy Professional Mask has 6 treatment modes and emits light in the Blue, Green, Red and Near-infrared region of the light spectrum.

    Mode 1: 'Anti-Ageing' (Red Light 630nm): helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles, boosts collagen and improves elasticity in the skin.

    Mode 2:'Purifying' (Blue Light 415nm): assists in killing bacteria that causes acne.

    Mode 3: 'Brightening' (Green Light 520nm): helps alleviate pigmentation.

    Mode 4: 'Post Procedure' (Near Infrared 830mm combined with Red Light 630nm and Blue Light 415nm): boosts circulation, increase the skin’s ability to heal and accelerate skin repair.

    Mode 5: 'Calming' (Blue Light 415nm & Green Light 520nm): calms the skin and targets inflammation.

    Mode 6: 'Anti-Ageing Express' (Red Light 630nm): an intensified skin rejuvenation treatment (recommended treatment time is 10 minutes).

  • Is the treatment painful?

    The Déesse PRO™ LED Phototherapy Professional Mask is a relaxing treatment with evidenced wellbeing effects. LED light therapy is painless and non-invasive when used as intended. The treatment does not generate heat but a feeling of natural warmth is common due to the increase in blood circulation.
  • How many LEDs are on the mask and how many work for each mode?

    Déesse PRO Express mask has 66 LED lights - these lights are Bi-LED meaning there are 66 of each Red and Near Infrared lights
  • What does the treatment mode do?

    The Déesse PRO™ Express Light Therapy Mask has 1 treatment mode that emits light in the Red and Near-infrared region of the light spectrum and treats the visible signs of ageing such as facial wrinkles and photoaging.

  • Is the treatment painful?

    The Déesse PRO™ Express Light Therapy Mask is a relaxing treatment with evidenced wellbeing effects. LED light therapy is painless and non-invasive when used as intended. The treatment does not generate heat but a feeling of natural warmth is common due to the increase in blood circulation.

  • How many treatments are required?

    The number of treatments required for optimum results is subject to a number of factors including indications and severity, age and lifestyle. For the treatment of full face wrinkles the best results are seen after treating for 5 days a week for 6 weeks. Maintenance treatment should be carried out as required, according to lifestyle and skin condition.

    DO NOT over treat using the mask. There is no additional benefit of exceeding the treatment time or treatment frequency.

  • How should I store my mask?

    We recommend storing your mask in the dust bag that came with your original purchase in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

  • Is the treatment safe??

    The Déesse PRO™ LED Phototherapy Professional Mask is safe and effective for all skin types. It does not generate heat or UV wavelengths so cannot damage skin tissue. It is also totally painless and non-invasive.
  • Can I use this treatment if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

    The Déesse PRO™ LED Phototherapy Professional Mask has not been studied on pregnant or breastfeeding women, so we advise against using it during this time.
  • When should the Déesse PRO™ Express Light Therapy Mask not be used?

    DO NOT use the mask: if you are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant or breastfeeding if you are a child under 14 years of age if you suffer from light induced headaches if you suffer from any genetic conditions of the eyes if you suffer from any photosensitive disorder (sensitization to light) of the eye if you suffer from lupus erythematosus, photosensitive eczema or albinism if you suffer from any photosensitive disorder (sensitization to light) of the skin if you are taking any medication that can cause photosensitivity.

    DO NOT share the device with other people.

  • Is the treatment safe?

    The Déesse PRO™ Express Light Therapy Mask is FDA cleared for safety and effectiveness for all skin types. This mask conforms to all US and international testing standards for safety, including eye safety. It does not generate heat or UV wavelengths so cannot damage skin tissue. It is also totally painless and non-invasive.

  • Can I use this treatment if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

    The Déesse PRO™ Express Light Therapy Mask has not been studied on pregnant or breastfeeding women, so we advise against using it during this time. Red light therapy is very safe overall but because we DO NOT have enough information about use while pregnant or breastfeeding we recommend not using it unless approved by your doctor.

  • When should the Déesse PRO™ Express Light Therapy Mask not be used?

    DO NOT use the mask: to treat any other conditions apart from those listed in the indications for use if you are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant or breastfeeding if you are a child under 14 years of age if you suffer from light induced headaches if you suffer from any genetic conditions of the eyes if you suffer from any photosensitive disorder (sensitization to light) of the eye if you suffer from lupus erythematosus, photosensitive eczema or albinism if you suffer from any photosensitive disorder (sensitization to light) of the skin if you are taking any medication that can cause photosensitivity

  • Is eye protection needed?

    No. The Déesse PRO™ Express Light Therapy Mask comes with two medical-grade silicone eye pieces for added comfort during the treatment. This device has been tested to EN62471, which ensures that it complies with current eye safety legislation for LED lamps.

  • Will LED light therapy affect my fillers?

    The Déesse PRO™ Express Light Therapy Mask is safe to use with facial fillers. Using the red 630nm wavelength combined with the infrared 830nm wavelength immediately after completing a treatment of fillers can accelerate the healing process by reducing the appearance of bruising, swelling, and redness around the injection site.

  • Will LED light therapy lighten micro-bladed eyebrows?

    While the impact of LED technology on micro-bladed eyebrows has not been previously studied, the Déesse PRO™ Express Light Therapy Mask does not contain UV so there should not be any affect on the tattoo ink. However, if you are concerned, please speak to your practitioner before proceeding with the LED light treatment.
