About the Ritual

Focus: A combination of micro-movements that work on the facial muscles to lift, contour and redefine the jawline, cheekbones and brow. 

Treatment: A 15-minute face routine using Electrical Muscle Stimulation (Mode 5 or 6) to contract and relax the facial muscles and improve their strength and tone. 

Step 1: Prep

Prep: To begin, freshly cleanse the skin & apply a water-based conductive gel to right cheek.

Conductive Gel: A water-based conductive gel, serum, moisturiser or any basic ultrasound conductor gel must be applied before you begin. Do NOT use oil-based products as a conductor due to the risk of burning the skin.

Select Treatment Level: If you're new to the device, be sure to start on level 1 (mode 5) before moving up to level 2 (mode 6) after 2 weeks of consecutive use.

Level 1 Beginner: White light (mode 5)

Level 2 Intermediate: Orange light (mode 6)

Step 2: Right Side Jawline + Mouth

Duration: 3 minutes

Pressure: Light

Conductive Gel: Make sure to apply before you begin

Mode: EMS

Movements:

3 sweeps under the jawbone
3 sweeps above the jawbone
3 upward lifts mouth to ear

Repeat for 3 minutes until you hear a beep

Step 3: Right Side Cheek + Eye

Duration: 3 minutes

Pressure: Light

Conductive Gel: Make sure to apply before you begin

Mode: EMS

Movements:

3 under cheek scoops
3 cheek hugs
3 eye scoops

Repeat for 3 minutes until you hear a beep

Step 4: Check Results

Mid Face Half-Way Results: Grab a mirror and compare the two sides of your face.

Step 5: Left Side Jawline + Mouth

Duration: 3 minutes
