Warranty Policy1. Warranty
1.1 As the manufacturer of the Goods, we guarantee that for a period of 12-months from the date of purchase, the Goods will be free from material defects.
This Warranty is subject to the exceptions listed in sub-Clause 1.2.
1.2 Our Warranty does not apply to any defects in the Goods caused by:
1.2.1 Normal wear and tear;
1.2.2 Deliberate damage and/or misuse of the Goods;
1.2.3 Accidental damage;
1.2.4 Failure to use the Goods in accordance with their instructions; or
1.2.5 The alteration or repair of by you or any third party that is not authorised by Us.
1.3 The manufacturer’s Warranty exists in addition to your legal rights as a consumer.
1.4 Should your product become faulty within the 12-month warranty period please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or the company you originally purchased the product from to notify us/them of the issue. We will then carry out the repair or organise a suitable replacement within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you.
