About the Ritual

Focus: Boost collagen production and tighten muscles in the lower face for the ultimate skin boost.

Treatment: A 12 minute routine using Radio Frequency & LED Light Therapy (Mode 3 or 4) to lift, firm and tone the lower face.​

Step 1: Prep

Prep: To begin, freshly cleanse the skin & apply a water-based based conductive gel to your chest and neck.

Conductive Gel: A water-based conductive gel, serum, moisturiser or any basic ultrasound conductor gel must be applied before you begin. Do NOT use oil-based products as a conductor due to the risk of burning the skin.

Select Treatment Level: If you're new to the device, be sure to start on Level 1 (Mode 3) before moving up to level 2 (Mode 4) after 2 weeks of consecutive use.

Level 1 Beginner: White light (Mode 3)

Level 2 Intermediate: Orange light (Mode 4)

Top tip: Follow the rhythm of the device. The RF works in 3 second pulse cycles letting you know when to lift & repeat each move. On for 3 off for 1. On the off cycle re-centre & repeat each move.

Step 2: Right Side Chest

Duration: 3 minutes

Pressure: Light

Conductive Gel: Make sure to apply before you begin

Mode: RF

Movements:

6 slow circles from sternum to underarm
6 slow circles above collarbone

Repeat for 3 minutes until you hear a beep

Step 3: Left Side Chest

Duration: 3 minutes

Pressure: Light

Conductive Gel: Make sure to apply before you begin

Mode: RF

Movements:

6 slow circles from sternum to underarm
6 slow circles above collarbone

Repeat for 3 minutes until you hear a beep

Step 4: Right Side Neck

Duration: 3 minutes

Pressure: Light

Conductive Gel: Make sure to apply before you begin

Mode: TriGen (EMS +RF)

Movements:

6 slow circular SCM lifts – following the muscle up + outwards to the ear
6 Slow under jawbone sweeps

(avoid the throat)

Repeat for 3 minutes until you hear a beep

Step 5: Left Side Neck

Duration: 3 minutes

Pressure: Light

Conductive Gel: Make sure to apply before you begin

Mode: TriGen (EMS +RF)

Movements:

6 slow circular SCM lifts – following the muscle up + outwards to the ear
6 Slow under jawbone sweeps

(avoid the throat)

Repeat for 3 minutes until you hear a beep
